Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche confirmed Thursday that the anti-ICE agitator caught on tape in New Jersey threatening an ICE agent and his family will be brought to justice.<\/p>\n

During a riot Wednesday night, independent journalist Nick Sortor was on the ground recording when the agitator targeted the unmasked ICE officer with threats.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll kill your whole f-cking family! Your whole f-cking family is dead!\u201d the agitator yawped. \u201cYour children, your wife\u2014all dead!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI have your face, motherf-cker,\u201d the agitator bellowed. \u201cYou\u2019re dead, dead!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is EXACTLY WHY ICE agents are FORCED to wear masks,\u201d Sortor noted on X. \u201cThis is the type of TERRORISM Democrats WANT ICE agents to face by de-masking them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anti-ICE demonstrations have escalated outside the Delaney Hall ICE facility in Newark in recent days, with violent agitators assaulting federal agents amid contested claims of substandard living conditions and massive hunger strikes within the facility. Local Democrat officials have actively encouraged the ongoing agitation, including U.S. Senators Andy Kim and Cory Booker, as well as Governor Mikie Sherrill.<\/p>\n

The Acting AG made clear on Fox News Thursday that the Justice Department will not be tolerating threats against the lives of federal officers and their families.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe said [to the ICE agent] \u2018I have your face,\u2019 said Fox News host Will Cain.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, so do we,\u201d Blanche shot back, before pointing out that threatening an ICE officer is a federal crime.<\/p>\n

\u201cThink about how disgusting this individual is, threating his family and his children with death!\u201d Blanche exclaimed.<\/p>\n

\u201cI promise you, we will find him, and when we find him, we will arrest him, because it is a crime not only to threaten law enforcement, but not surprisingly, to threaten their family, as well,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
