A DOJ Immigration Judge issued Gomez-Niebla a final order of removal on June 8, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>He was deported on August 21, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>ICE agents continue to carry out their law enforcement duties in blue sanctuary states and enclaves despite the left\u2019s ongoing coordinated campaign of violent resistance against them.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), immigration officers have experienced a 1,300+ percent increase in assaults against them, a 3,300 percent increase in vehicular attacks, and an 8,000 percent increase in death threats.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery day, the brave men and women of ICE put themselves at risk to arrest and remove illegal aliens from our communities,\u201d said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. \u201cLast week, ICE deported murderers, rapists, and arsonists.
