Newly released police bodycam video of an deranged blue-haired transgender college student having a meltdown over being “misgendered” has gone viral online.

Jarrett Vick, a 27-year-old University of Central Florida student, was arrested in February 2025 after a confrontation with campus police escalated over a dispute regarding pronouns, WFLA reported. Campus police were at the scene to investigate a report of a stolen vehicle when they ran into Vick in the hallway.
“Why do you let those kids get away with this?” Vick screamed at the officers. “They are not supposed to be here!”
An officer warned Vick to lower his voice or he would be be handcuffed and taken to a “Baker Act facility” to be mentally evaluated.
Florida’s Mental Health Act, commonly referred to as the Baker Act, provides crisis services for individuals with mental illness, including Receiving Facilities for emergency mental health or substance abuse evaluation and stabilization.
“F-cking try it!” Vick responded, further escalating the encounter.
“Are you threatening me?” the officer asked.
“You’re threatening me!” Vick shot back.
“I’m here right now to deal with a stolen vehicle. I ain’t got time to hear you screaming and yelling!” the annoyed officer said.

“I don’t got time to be constantly abused!” Vick bellowed.
The officer called the dispatch to request that more officers be sent to the campus to deal with the demented student.
“He is having a breakdown,” the officer said.
“She, sheeee!!!!!” Vick shrieked. “Just say the right pronoun!”
Now wielding a canister of pepper spray, the officer ordered the lunatic to get down on the ground.
Vick tried to escape into the mail room and continued screaming and ranting.
“Leave me alone!” he screeched, jumping up and down.
Officers eventually used pepper spray and a Taser to subdue Vick, who threw punches and kicks during the struggle. The entire confrontation lasted for about eight-minutes and ended with Vick’s arrest and potential Baker Act psychiatric hold.
Vick pleaded not guilty to battery on law enforcement, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, according to court records.

The case is now closed according to Orange County records.
