This should have happened months ago. The Justice Department has threatened emergency legal action unless California officials investigate individuals flagged as potentially ineligible voters and set aside ballots from people whose citizenship cannot be verified. The ultimatum comes after voting has already begun in parts of the state. California could face a serious court battle over election administration just weeks before the midterms. The state as 48 hours to comply.
In other words, it’s too late to stop California’s 2026 midterm election fraud.
It will play out like this: California will ignore the DOJ, an activist judge will put a stay on any action the DOJ takes in response to noncompliance, more activist judges will uphold the stay and this will go on until the election is over. We’ve seen this routine 100 times. “Allowing noncitizens to vote cancels citizen votes,” wrote Deputy Attorney General R. Trent McCotter. Yes, that’s a feature not a bug in the California election process.
Senator Chuck Grassley revealed yesterday that the Trump-deranged former special counsel Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department obtained extensive personal information on more than 639,000 individuals, including Republican donors and supporters, during the Arctic Frost investigation. Investigators obtained spreadsheets containing names, birth dates, home addresses, email addresses, political affiliations, employment information, donation histories, credit card information and donor habits.
What on earth could be the pretense for Jack Smith to obtain this information? Allegedly it was an investigation into the effort to over turn the results of the 2020 election. What exactly were these efforts? Demanding certified and verifiable vote counts? Inquiries into ballot curing operations? Ballot curing is contacting people who have submitted a ballot that cannot be processed and asking them to fix their problematic ballot. I should add those efforts only happen in some states and within those states only in certain areas if you know what I mean. Questioning chain of custody issues with unusually large ballot drop patterns? Do tell.
Grassley stated “the Special Counsel operation was designed to map out the Republican Party” and I think he is correct. How is someone who purchased a MAGA hat involved in “overturning the election” or “overthrowing the government” which is what these maniacs believe. The purpose was to identify the deep state’s political opponents for some “show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” prosecutions.
What will be the consequences for this gross overreach? Smith is just one of many, many political figures and government agents who have perverted the government machine for their political advantage and not one has been held to account. We are all thankful for Senator Grassley’s revelations but unless people are held accountable for their misconduct and crimes, this activity will continue to happen.
