Pakistani grooming networks across the United Kingdom sexually abused at least 250,000 young, mostly white British girls between 1950 and 2025, according to an appalling new report.

British Member of Parliament Rupert Lowe released the 219-page following a privately funded investigation into organized child sexual exploitation in the UK.
Lowe’s Restore Britain party launched the inquiry last year to examine the “systematic targeting” of vulnerable white British girls by predominantly Muslim Pakistani gangs after the UK government had decided not to investigate the grooming gang scandal.
According to the report, 87 percent to 95 percent of the abusers had Pakistani heritage, while smaller groups with Somali, Iranian, Syrian, Turkish, and other Muslim backgrounds have also been involved.
At the very least, 250,000 young girls were “subjected to repeated rape, gang rape, trafficking, torture, pregnancy, forced Islamic conversion, and lifelong trauma,” the report states, although “the true number is probably higher.”
Almost 19,000 young girls and women in England were identified as victims of sexual exploitation in one year alone.
The offenses occurred in at least 149 working class districts representing 40 percent of the UK, and were enabled by UK police, social services, schools, NHS, and politicians who prioritized political correctness over protecting children, according to the report.
The grooming gangs allegedly lured British girls as young as eleven by offering them various gifts, including alcohol and drugs, and then taking them to houses, flats, restaurants, or hotels to be sexually abused. These girls, according to the report, would then be raped repeatedly by groups of Muslim men, beaten, passed around, trafficked, and in many cases impregnated.
Sometimes, the victims were filmed for blackmail. Often, they were told they were “white trash” or “kuffar” who deserved punishment, the report said.
Some girls were allegedly even trafficked to the Middle East, where they were forced into an Islamic marriage.
In one horrifying case, an 18-year-old former victim who had gotten a retail job and had moved into her own house after leaving foster care, was victimized all over again when a “friend” brought a group of Muslim men to her house who knew her from her previous exploitation.

The men refused to leave, took over her house, destroyed it, and turned it into a place of constant sexual abuse.
One of them pinned her down on her own sofa and orally raped her in front of the others. The men continued to drug and rape her, including with objects like cans, keys, and a baseball bat.
Lowe’s report also highlights the catastrophic institutional failure in the UK that enabled these crimes for decades by ignoring reports, criminalizing victims, and even destroying evidence.
The inquiry calls for mandatory recording of offender ethnicity, deportation of foreign nationals convicted of these crimes, loss of citizenship for dual nationals, and the reintroduction of the death penalty for the most heinous cases.
In a statement posted on social media Tuesday, Lowe vowed to “name perpetrators and their enablers in the chamber.”
“This will be done incredibly carefully with our legal team involved every step of the way to ensure that no future prosecutions are jeopardised,” he wrote.
We are cooperating with the authorities in order to help cases be opened and reopened, but my faith in the system to independently deliver justice is not high… That is why we are pursuing private prosecutions and civil litigation. A target list has been identified, and it continues to grow.
This all has to be handled very carefully, for obvious reasons, but I am determined to act. We have had enough talk, now we need to act.

Last August, trillionaire Elon Musk offered to help fund legal actions against the dozens of “corrupt officials” who allowed the sexual exploitation of young British girls to continue for years.
The UK government meanwhile has been belatedly conducting its own inquiry, and the National Crime Agency’s “Operation Beaconport” has reportedly begun returning closed cases from between January 2010 and March 2025 to police for reinvestigation.
