U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported a slew of criminal illegal aliens last week, including those convicted for murder, rape, kidnapping, hit and run, burglary and arson.

Those deportees, provided exclusively to American Greatness, include:
Ian Rosales Castro, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador:
Castro was convicted of second-degree murder and kidnapping with intent to collect ransom in New York. His criminal history also includes a conviction for manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance in Texas.
He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. A Department of Justice (DOJ) Immigration Judge issued Castro a final order of removal on December 12, 2006.
Castro was finally deported on August 21, 2026.
Jesus Avilas-Urquiza, a criminal illegal alien from Bolivia:
Avilas-Urquiza’s criminal history includes convictions for TWO counts of criminal sex assault with force in Illinois. He was legally admitted to the United States through Florida in January 2000, remaining in the United States after his authorized period ended in July 2000. A Department of Justice (DOJ) Immigration Judge issued Avilas-Urquiza a final order of removal on July 28, 2026.
He was deported on August 21, 2026.
Erlin Molina-Ramos, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras:
Molina-Ramos’ criminal history includes a conviction for third-degree rape of a victim less than 17 years old in New York. He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. A DOJ Immigration Judge issued Molina-Ramos a final order of removal on July 30, 2026
He was promptly deported on August 22, 2026.
Ruben Gonzalez-Gazpar, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico:
Gonzalez-Gazpar’s criminal history includes convictions for arson, hit-and-run, vandalism, possession of a controlled substance, and trespassing in California. He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location.

After a DOJ Immigration Judge issued Gonzalez-Gazpar a final order of removal on March 12, 2008, he was deported that same month. He then illegally re-entered the country – a felony – at an unknown date and location.
Gonzalez-Gazpar was deported on August 21, 2026.
Andy Gomez-Niebla, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba:
His criminal history includes a conviction for robbery – conspiracy to interfere with commerce in Michigan. He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. A DOJ Immigration Judge issued Gomez-Niebla a final order of removal on June 8, 2026.
He was deported on August 21, 2026.
ICE agents continue to carry out their law enforcement duties in blue sanctuary states and enclaves despite the left’s ongoing coordinated campaign of violent resistance against them.
According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), immigration officers have experienced a 1,300+ percent increase in assaults against them, a 3,300 percent increase in vehicular attacks, and an 8,000 percent increase in death threats.
“Every day, the brave men and women of ICE put themselves at risk to arrest and remove illegal aliens from our communities,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “Last week, ICE deported murderers, rapists, and arsonists. Under President Trump’s leadership, we will always put the safety of the American people first. If you’re here illegally, we will find you, arrest you, and deport you.”
