Patient Advocate Says 69 of 72 COVID Patients Who Received Ivermectin Survived, All 140 Denied Alternative Treatments at the Hospital Died

COVID patients who were treated with standard care hospital protocols during the COVID pandemic, had drastically higher mortality rates than those treated at hospitals forced through litigation to allow alternative early treatment protocols, according to the personal experience of an attorney who advocated for over 200 patients.

Throughout the pandemic, safe and effective early treatment protocols that included repurposed drugs like Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin were  systematically rejected by hospitals, in favor of treatments like  Remdisivir and intubation, which actually increased mortality.

Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) on Monday led a roundtable discussion titled, “COVID-19 Hospital Protocols: Real Stories from Real People,”  where patients, doctors, nurses and families shared firsthand accounts of the mistreatment they witnessed at hospitals across the country.

In his striking testimony, attorney Ralph Lorigo stated that he had represented 212 families who had petitioned the courts seeking access to alternative treatments for critically ill COVID patients.

Lorigo told Johnson that he had prevailed in 72 of of the 212 cases he litigated, and ivermectin was ultimately administered to those patients.

Of those 72 patients, only three died, according to Lorigo,  a survival rate of approximately 95.8 percent among that group.

Lorigo then described what happened in the cases where the patient was subjected to only the Fauci-approved protocols.

“Tragically, of the 140 cases where I couldn’t get into court quick enough or I lost, every single person died,” Lorigo testified.

When pressed by Johnson, Lorigo repeated the horrendous result.

“They all died. Every single one,” he responded.

Astonished, Johnson commented that Lorigo’s testimony had provided “pretty powerful evidence” that hospital protocols during the pandemic did more harm than good.

“It’s not a randomized controlled trial,” Johnson said, “but that’s some pretty powerful evidence that I wish our federal regulators would have taken a look at.”

Lorigo recalled that he had worked seven days a week, ten hours a day, for a year treating COVID patients, calling it the best experience of his life because he helped save lives.

The doctor provided additional details about the three patients who died after he won court orders.  Lorigo told the panel he had been advised that the patients, each of whom had been on ventilators for more than 30 days, were likely beyond saving, although the families still wanted to fight.

“The families wanted to prove to this country that they shouldn’t be suppressed. They should have the right,” the doctor said.

In one infamous case,  a hospital in Texas refused to administer alternative treatments even after a judge had sided with the family, and the patient, a Tarrant County Sheriff’s Deputy, died at age 50.

“My patient Jason Jones was one of the unfortunate ones, thanks to Texas Huguley Hospital,” Houston-based physician Dr. Mary Talley Bowden posted on X following the hearing.

Donna Lowery, a Christian nurse of 31 years, testified that she had informed a sick patient of Dr. Pierre Kory’s Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC)—now called the Independent Medical Alliance (IMA)—and helped get her patient on Ivermectin. The patient was improving, but a week later, Donna was fired from the hospital, and her patient denied Ivermectin. She allegedly died after being placed on a ventilator.

Intensive Care surgeon Dr. James P. Miller provided perhaps the most disturbing testimony on hospital malfeasance during COVID.

Miller told the panel a fellow doctor was secretly collaborating with Washington state officials to make driver’s license renewal contingent on COVID vaccine status, restricting unvaccinated people’s ability to drive or work.

“The head of infectious disease medicine at my hospital privately told me that he was working with the state government to restrict the civil rights of unvaccinated people,” Miller testified.

Miller also described how doctors cooked the books to juice up numbers of COVID deaths.

“I witnessed patients who died of trauma and other causes were reported as COVID-19 deaths on their death certificates,” he testified.

“I observed messaging by the hospital to falsely inflate Covid infections and deaths to contribute to public fear and generating misleading headlines— we never faced a shorten of equipment or staff. I witnessed nurses being sent home because there were not enough patients,” Miller said.

Most disturbingly, the doctor described how medical leadership continued to prescribe Remdesivir, despite knowing it caused “demonstrable harm and increased mortality.”

“When I had a young trauma patient just after Remdesivir was released, she appeared a perfect candidate,” Miller recalled. “The infectious disease doctor told me not to give it to her because she seems like a nice girl.”
