Two Minutes of Hate:
President Trump announced yesterday that the Minnesota company’s plan to build a $15 billion steel mill in Iowa. The president said the new steel mill is a result of U.S. tariffs that have raised prices for foreign-made steel. The move is smart for two reasons. First, clearly it’s a good move for Iowa as far as the midterm elections are concerned and second, it’s a signal that Trump’s policy of protecting American industry will result in more American industry. The U.S. doesn’t manufacture goods any more which places the country at the whim of the foreign country manufacturing the products on which we depend. Didn’t we learn anything from Covid?!? Let’s bring back pharmaceutical manufacturing next. Mesabi Metallics plans to build what would be the largest steel plant in the country, producing as much as 10 million tons a year, creating roughly 1,750 permanent jobs and thousands more during construction.
Are you sick of all the AI hair-on-fire news? I am. If you haven’t figured it out already, it’s a influence operation to ensure the big tech clowns like Bill Gates get to control the developing AI industry and they are doing that by scaring people into thinking AI will take all the jobs and kill them. When you see a website like Axios, which has several AI doomer articles a day, be aware this isn’t organic. Axios is not just covering the important stories, which is their job, but rather they are creating a mythology for the simpletons and dim witted people to adopt. They want their readers reciting the correct bumper sticker slogans on the issues their political pals think are important. This holds true for anything you notice in the headlines of the corporate media. Media stories are more advertisements than they are giving you important information.

I have some bad news. To the surprise of no one, it turns out that 40 percent of asylum applications for Afghan migrants who entered the US following the Biden administration’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan had vetting errors. Almost half of all the “refugees” were not properly vetted, we have no idea who Biden brought here. In some cases, individuals were inadmissible on “terrorism-related grounds.” Last year, the New York Post reported more than 5,000 Afghans brought to the US via OAW were flagged for “national security” issues. One of Biden’s new Afghani refugees shot two national guard members, killing one and seriously wounding the other, in Washington D.C., remember that? Good times.
