Trump convened executives from OpenAI, Google, Meta, Nvidia, Anthropic and xAI at the White House Tuesday, where they signed a voluntary White House Accord on Super Intelligence. The agreement calls for internal safety controls, independent external audits, board-level oversight and additional safeguards addressing cybersecurity and biosecurity. The agreement is not legally binding. The key here is voluntary. A voluntary arrangement is good for several reasons, the most important reason being that the minute the government starts regulating an industry, a bunch of left wing advocacy groups masquerading as policy think tanks appear. Those “policy” outfits get contracts from the government to provide advice and information, and of course this advice coincides with a left wing agenda. Just recall all the disinformation groups that surfaced during Covid and the 2020 election to make sure wrong think was censored and wrong thinkers were punished.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) published a 25-page English-language message addressed to Americans, urging them to reject Trump and his policies in the Nov. 3 midterms. “We wrote a benevolent and compassionate letter to the American people,” IRGC spokesperson Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi. At the moment, the Iranian currency is at a record low so the IRGC may not be around on election day. Bessent has continued to drop the hammer on the regime with more economic sanctions to coincide with the established oil blockade. “The score is United States, one billion — more than one billion barrels have gotten out — and Iran, zero,” Bessent said. We can’t get rid of this terror regime soon enough.

That sleazy dirt bag Jack Smith illegally hoovered up thousands of small time Trump supporters’ personal information along with media and elected officials communication. Smith claimed getting the personal and banking information of small potato Trump donors was essential to the deep state jihad criminal case against Trump. Many of the donor checks were for $5 or $10! Can the Trump DoJ do this to Trump’s political opposition? They would scream bloody murder but the progressives don’t think they should be constrained by laws. “What will the partisan media say about this disgraceful government overreach? This wasn’t a normal prosecution by any means,” Sen. Grassley said. The partisan media doesn’t care, they are a deep state accomplice. During the hearing, the Democrats praised Smith and his effort to get Trump, which proves my previous point: the progressive Democrat party does not care about laws, they do not care about government overreach and they do not care about civil liberties unless they can use those things to their political advantage.
