Democrat operatives have been working feverishly behind the scenes to unleash bombshell allegations against Senate candidate Graham Platner ahead of next week’s primary election in Maine to avoid a campaign-ending scandal during the general election.

Platner is the dominant frontrunner in the June 9 Democrat primary, holding a massive lead despite recent controversies and scandals involving his Nazi tattoo, graphic sexual text messages, and disgusting social media posts in which he bragged about using cocaine, fantasized about rape and admitted to having to “jerk off every time” he’s in a porta potty.
Even worse, the self avowed Communist has reportedly operated an account on a social network known for pedophilia.
He also mocked a wounded veteran, posting on Reddit in 2019 that the soldier deserved to die when ambushed by the Taliban in Afghanistan in 2012.
Pfc. Ted Daniels, who received a Purple Heart after being shot four times, worked on President Trump’s campaign in South Carolina during the 2016 primary election.
He is currently running for Sheriff of Dare County, SC, and professes on his campaign website to have “proudly supported the President’s re-election efforts in 2020 and 2024.”
In a private meeting Tuesday with Senate Democrats, Platner attempted to quell growing concerns about his candidacy,” the Wall Street Journal reported.
Sen. Bernie Sanders asked Platner if any additional allegations would emerge against the embattled Democratic candidate… Platner said there weren’t any.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who also attended the meeting, followed up and said there is a big difference between marital issues and allegations of sexual assault… Platner agreed and denied any credible allegations of assault were forthcoming.
However, rumors are swirling that the worst has yet to come.
Keith Edwards, a left-wing political commentator and political strategist, posted on X Thursday that both the New York Times and Washington Post are about to drop stories involving “more than one woman” accusing Platner of sexual assault.
The rumors allegedly involve the Hotchkiss School, a prestigious, private, boarding and day school located in Lakeville, Connecticut, (annual tuition of $71,170,) and why Platner had to leave after just one semester in 1999.
The New York Times dropped its story Thursday afternoon after interviewing three former girlfriends who said “they found his actions intimidating and disturbing,” and described “volatile relationships.”
Polling aggregates from April 2026 showed Platner leading his closest rival, Governor Janet Mills, by approximately 25.6 points (56.1 percent to 30.5 percent) after she suspended her campaign in late April.
David Costello is the only other candidate remaining on the Democrat primary ballot, though he trails significantly in fundraising and polling compared to Platner. The winner of this ranked-choice primary will face incumbent Republican Senator Susan Collins in the general election on November 3, a race where recent polls have shown Platner currently holds a slight lead over Collins.
